Default Where can I mail order a 72MM filter wrench ?

I need one of those plastic "wrenches" to unfreeze a 72MM filter.
B&H doesn't even have it in the computer. Does anyone know where
I can mail order one?

Thanks

Short of that, you might be able to put the lens flat onto a rubber lid
remover on a tabletop and unscrew the lense filter on it. Maybe a small
strap wrench from the hardware store.

If you can't find a tool, the key to doing it by hand is NOT to press on the
sides of the filter ring towards the centre of the lens, at least not just
in 2 places on opposite sides, which is what we automatically do. This has
the effect of making the filter ring distort to an oval, making it even
tighter at the places where the fingers aren't. So yes, a flat grippy
surface, and pressing the whole circumference of the filter onto it, is the
most effective way to go. As for improvised tools - what about a plastic
cable tie?

I've done it with a piece of foam rubber and the palm of my hand flat
against the top of the filter.
