Take this from someone who has not used the latest versions of all of
them.. but you may notice I try to keep up to date...

Reala - Superb allrounder. Very fine grain, beautiful skin tones,
excellent rendition of subtleties and 'difficult' colours. Maybe a
touch more contrasty than 160S, and arguably a tiny bit more
saturation, but still has very wide latitude. Scans very well.

160S - hard to pick from Reala - maybe even better skintones, very
neutral, 'soft' accurate colours, very wide latitude - ideal for
weddings (black suit/white dress means you want lots of latitude and
relatively low contrast). Used to be the most popular choice for pro
portraiture/weddings but I don't know if it still is, with the new
Portra's being very good too)

160C - A slightly more contrasty version of 160S.. Otherwise, little
difference.

By the way, why haven't the film experts in this group pounced on this
