Default How to debug & resolve constant gsview crash on pstoedit.dll

What can I do to debug a consistent software crash using gsview on
WinXP SP2?

Every time I convert an EPS file to a vector format (e.g., dxf, emf,
etc.), GSview crashes:
- AppName: gsview32.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0
- ModName: pstoedit.dll ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0008e8c2

I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times. This happens only on one
system.
I can't see what's different on this system.

I installed Ghostscript, GSview, and pstoedit from the locations
listed below:
1. GPL Ghostscript 8.61 for 32-bit Windows (the common variety).
Ghostscript displays, prints, and converts PS & PDF files.

2. GSview release v4.9 2007-11-18, for GPL Ghostscript 8.60 or later.
GSview uses Ghostscript to display, print, and convert PS & PDF
files.

DOWNLOAD PAGE:

3. The pstoedit version 3.45 PostScript-or-PDF-to-Other-Formats
translator
PS2Edit converts the PS file to vector formats such as DXL.

I'm trying to resolve why gsview crashes on this one machine but I
have little debugging information other than the information above. A
google search doesnt' turn up lots of other similar crashes. I need
help in debugging where the problem lies.

Where do I get debugging information for this consistent crash?

Did you download the source code? The only way to debut it is to
download the souce code and build a project on that system.
