I really dislike B&H for switching from FedEx to UPS. UPS are a huge ripoff when it comes to brokerage charges. You can "self broker" but then you have to go to the UPS office which can take a good hour or so out of your day. FedEx is to the door, flat rate for brokerage. For many small things, they should offer USPS service. |

When did B&H ever use FedEx? In the three years or so that I've been ordering from them, they've always shipped via UPS (which, BTW, provides incredibly quick service between B&H and my house). What is "brokerage" in this context? Something to do with international shipping? Bob |
