Amazing the stuff people think is worth watermarking

Even though you've used the wrong link, I agree with your statement. In the photography forums I see a lot of images that people post as examples of their best work, and for critique purposes, and the images are so obscured by watermarks that it ruins the image. It's the images that are really good, but obscured by the watermark, that I find objectionable. I've seen quite a few where the watermark doesn't obscure the image so much, but the colors or style is so eye-grabbing that the viewer is distracted. Sorry if I sound like a broken record. If you don't want your photos downloaded and used, keep them out of the public eye.
