Doubts on Films/setup
Hi,
There might be a chace to take some pictures of a boat regatta. I would be in the boat that leats the fleet. Which film is recommended? The weather should be a clear sky. I'll be using a 300 zoom lens, I though on using a ISO 800 film on speed priority set to 1/1000s. Does anyone have experience that can share. Thanks in advance. Doubts on Films/setup
I would think that you would like saturated colors, bright sunny day exposure is usually f/16 at a shutter speed equal to the film speed. so if you choose a 160 film then you could still shoot at f/5.6, I assume you will be focused on infinity so depth wouldn't be an issue, in fact could enhance an image with one boat standing out sharp between blurry others.
