What a load of crap, it was the total lack of regulation of the banks
"sub
prime" scams that mainly caused the global meltdown.
In Australia we had the same housing boom, which still exists, without
our
economy collapsing, not yet anyway. And if it does it will only be
because
of the global problems, mainly caused by US banking greed and it's total
lack of regulation, finally impacting our economy.

So the welfare policies of Greece, Spain& Italy, where people feel
entitled to get paid, whether or not they work has nothing to do with it.

Most of that is simply a consequence of expecting those who had no part in
the problem to pay for it! Typical of America, many of those who caused the
problem got pay increases and tax cuts instead! :-(

The social systems in the named European countries are somehow America's
fault.
What logic brings you to that conclusion.

What logic brings you to the conclusion that the social system caused the
sub prime banking crisis? The USA is far from socialist, and certainly
didn't escape.

There is a factually accurate basis for my statement, which, BTW was no
what you claim.
Please answer my question, and don't use creative clipping.

BTW The US is not far from being a socialistic country, unless you use a
different dictionary than I.

I can do what I like, just as you do. I see no point in answering (or
including) inane statements.

I must do then, along with most other people in the world. There might be
even worse countries, but social justice is not part of the US experience.

I see and understand why you refuse to prove your point.

Keep telling yourself whatever you want, as long as it makes you happy! :-)
