Film Still Alive
But what about VHS format video tapes in the next 25 yesrs?
On Wed, 21 Sep 2005 02:57:35 GMT, "Derek Gee" All of the discs I burned, reguardless of brand, are still good from 1995. All my music CDs are still good from 1986 ... yet they predicted doom then! The CDs should be fine. It is weather or not you will be able to play them with ease in 40 or 50 years. Of course you'll be able to play them! Why would you even doubt it? I can still buy new playback equipment for most of the consumer sound formats ever made. Those I can't buy new I can most likely find used. Quit scaring people unnecessarily! Derek |
