Default The problem with Brit police, the big question; Why?

With the laws laid out as they are, there should be no problems with

The problem with the police might not be what we think. It could be
something other than a reactionary, uneducated (with their own laws,
apparently) force oppressing innocent civilians out to take pictures.
But the question is, why? Here are my theories:
1. Britain is rife with terrorists plots. The police are doing what
they are doing because they are interdicting dozens of terrorist plots
per week so they have to be ultra-vigilant. If this is the case, then
the politicians have to be honest with the citizens and tell them.
That way, the police could do what is needed and it wouldn't appear to
be oppressive.
2. The constabulary are simply incapable of absorbing the nuances of
their terrorist laws and routinely abuse them. Funny thing is, it
would appear they always err on the side of over-compensation. That's
odd.
3. The special constables and town councils (nearly always leftist in
nature) are the root of the problem. The former being wholly unsuited
to the job of policing, the latter having a typical totalitarian
(socialist) approach to dealing with the public.

The big question is, why does this have anything to do with you, a
Canadian? It really is none of your business, and your profound
ignorance of the subject adds nothing whatsoever to the debate.

So please concentrate on your own country and leave mine alone.

If Canada is too boring for you - and it is too boring for most people
in the world, except for the very few people who live there, then by
all means emigrate. But in the meantime, just shut the **** up!

Of course when Brucie pompously criticizes the USA, it's OK.
