Default Olympus Zoom 115 - only extends to 80mm

We've had our Olympus Stylus Zoom 115 for several years,
and have been happy with it.
Last summer, we noticed that it would zoom to the 80mm mark,
but then not extend fully to the 115 length.
We sent it in to Olympus for repair - $65 - and got it back.
It had been working fine, and now, again, this summer,
it is only extending out to the 80mm length.

Wondering if any other Olympus Stylus Zoom 115QD
users have experienced this ?

I was going to send it in again - for $65 -
but heck, for $30-50 - I can get another one from eBay
(first asking if it really extends to 115mm)

Phil -
