I can't find any lens information on the KonicaMinolta site.
Pictures there show a 17-35mm f/2.8 with 77 filter thread
that almost certainly has to be partial-frame.

Both are full frame. The 17-35 is a 2.8-4, the 28-75 is a 2.8. Both are
probably OEM Tamron lenses, it's almost a given for the 28-75 as the
focusing ring goes the wrong way, yuck.
