whatcha got for a "snap shot" camera?

I'm curious about the performance of these canon waterproof housings.
Kinda costly compared to camera but I could use one on the lake when I
get in rainstorm. I guess my major question is does it affect the
quality of the photographs? Are these waterproof housing easy to use?

I do, a Canon S1 IS. A little bigger than the typical carry along
camera, but far more capable. It's actually liberating to shoot with,
since I wouldn't expect it to produce results equal to a DSLR.
