Default Walking around whilst copying onto digital storage device

Hello!

I want to buy a digital storage device, probably the X-drive Pro. Does
anyone have experience with this one. Is it o.k. copying photos from
the card to the hard drive whilst walking around with it (not
jumping)in the bag? Maybe it is o.k. if I wrap it up softly?

Usually it is not recommended to walk around with a computer. Does
anyone have experience with this. I would like to save the money on
buying new CF cards.

Thanks,
Ingrid
