Asteriskist DS- Not too shabby!

Got my first hands on the new *ist DS today- and by god is it a good deal! A
really solid build, perhaps more so than the D70 or my own D100, something
like a miniature 20D. AF speed is impressive even with the standard
18-whatever mm. No sample shots yet, but I have no doubt
users will be satisfied. Definitely the new must-have budget SLR for the
system-less- hopefully all budget DSLRs will feel this good in the hand
soon.
