Default sensor cleaning

Bought an American Recorder Tech sensor cleaning kit, but got the wrong
one... Bought the DSCK-120, which is listed for the Canon 1D (sensor
size 27.0 x 17.8), I have a Nikon D-70, (sensor size 23.7 x 15.5) I
realize the only difference in the kits (should have gotten DSCK-117) is
the width of the swab.. Called the camera store, they claim it will
work, but to me it looks like it will be tight and the swab might not
fit. Anyone have any experience as to whether there will be a problem,
i.e. should I just get the correct kit???? Thanks, Dave

Little plastic paddles wrapped in cloth with a rubber band? The ones I
got didn't say the size, looked too big but it's just the wrap that's
too wide & that bends to fit just fine on a D70. I also tried re-folding
the wrap but it's not really necessary. I'm no expert, just my observations.
