Default Microphen-type replenisher

Is there a published formula for a replenisher to match Formula #22,
"Microphen-like" developer in the Darkroom Cookbook?

The formula in Anchell is probably Ilford ID-68. The
replenisher for it is Ilford ID-68R.

Water (at 125F or 52C) 750.0 ml
Sodium Sulfite, dessicated 85.0 grams
Hydroquinone 8.0 grams
Borax 7.0 grams
Phenidone 0.22 grams
Cold water to make 1.0 liter

Add to the developer to keep up the volume.

For those who might want the developer formula here it is:

Ilford ID-68
Water (at 125F or 52C) 750.0 ml
Sodium Sulfite, dessicated 85.0 grams
Hydroquinone 5.0 grams
Borax 7.0 grams
Boric Acid, crystaline 2.0 grams
Potassium Bromide 1.0 gram
Phenidone 0.13 grams
Water to make 1.0 liter

This is similar but not identical to Microphen. It is a
Phenidone version of buffered D-76. ID-68 yields slightly
higher speed and slightly coarser grain than D-76.

Actually, Anchell gives ID-68, ID-68R, *and* #22 which is supposedly very
similar to Microphen. The distinguishing characteristic between #22 and
ID-68 seems to be amount of borax.

Formula #22 from p.155:

Water 750.0 ml
Sodium sulfite 100.0 gms
Hydroquinone 5.0 gms
Borax, granular 3.0 gms
Boric acid, granular 3.5 gms
Potassium bromide 1.0 gms
Phenidone 0.2 gms

.... add water to make 1.0 l.
