Koni-Omega Rapid rangefinder adjustment target?

Hi, folks; another question for everyone.

I'm hoping someone here knows where I can find the Koni-Omega Rapid
rangefinder target page again - it's on the internet somewhere, I saw
it about 3 months ago but now I can't find it anymore, I've been
looking for weeks. It looked like large black "L" and "I" shapes (with
specific measurements), the verticals are supposed to be superimposed
when the rangefinder was set at infinity and the target was at 11 feet
(?). I'm having trouble with back-focusing with my K-O Rapid, the
rangefinder mirror spot is tilted or something, it doesn't all come
together at the same time. I've been assuming the bottom, brightest
area of the rangefinder spot is correct, but apparently not..... I
know, I know, the real answer is a CLA, but it's not in the budget
right now. At infinity it's nice and sharp edge-to-edge, so I know it
*can* be focused; right now I'm using small aperture and distance
guesstimation to get focus, but it limits me to bright light.
