In one of the Harry Potter books, it says "That if the film is developed in
the right potion, the pictures will be moving". So what would wizards do
with a digital Muggle camera? They would enchant the memory card, say with
"Locomotor picture"?
(Also, photography is a greek word, and means "Painting with light")

No need for potions or a Muggle camera, just use "Nature Illusion Studio" from
http://www.nufsoft.com/naturestudio.php

Sure, it's gimmicky, but with the right images it can make for some really
interesting examples of the "pictures will be moving".

I have one of a helicopter dumping a load of water on a forest-fire that when
used with this software adds a bit of interest by making the water fall into the
forest-fire in a continuous cascade. Otherwise it's a pretty boring still frame.

Suddenly, without warning, Tzortzakakis Dimitrios exclaimed (12/15/2008

What's that saying, "any sufficiently advanced techology will look like
magic..."

My backup camera does the enchantment in-camera, so the pictures on the
memory card come out already moving. 'tis called a video camera
