B+W Bay 60 Filter
Hello all,
I recently purchased a B+W Bay 60 medium yellow filter for my hasselblad lens from B&H via mail order. The item came in an original B+W filter box. There was however no evidence on the filter itself that this particular filter is a B+W filter. It does not carry the brand name B+W on it. It only says "for Hasselblad" on the rim of the filter and some other info on its color. I have purchased B+W filters for my 35mm. lenses before and none of them looked like this. This is my first B+W filter for the Hasselblad mount. Has anybody ever had the same experience. I would have thought that the filter was a replica or switched with something else inferior if it had not been bought from a very reputable source. The filter seems to be glass and has a metal or metal like rim but does not feel as heavy/bulky as my other B+W filters (or at least does not feel as solid). Please comment. Al. |
