Ear-tipping is the preferred method to identify spayed or neutered and
vaccinated feral cats.

The tipped eared cats was a new one on me too. I noticed the first cat had a piece
of ear missing and didn't think much of it. Then the other cat appeared with an
identical
ear tipped and I used google and found the answer. Good idea and easy to spot.
Tattoos have been on spayed dogs' bellies.

I've went through the women phase 30 years ago and am cured of that. :-)
The last 20 years mostly my dogs, before they died and family during the
holidays.



You and the Duck are youngsters. In a few months I will hit 80. Yes I am
a bit slower these days, and I cannot scramble up and down mountains. I
do what i can.

Come along sonny. There is still life at these altitudes.

Currently at angels 83.

Christmas this year on the Social Security website filing my papers for
early retirement! It's nice to know that there is the potential for

He reminds me of my unfixed tom cat, at the time, from 40 years ago.
He would disappear for a few days and then show up all beat up and
hung over. He'd pass out, on the sofa, laying on his back with his arm
covering his eyes. I uncover his eyes to see if he was still alive. He
let me know right off that "He" was not to be disturbed. I had him
neutered soon after. He would still roam occasionally but wouldn't
stay out long. Bad ass cat he was. Weighted twenty five pounds at least.

Well my father is still going strong, and he will be 94 in July.
My grandparents on my mother's side both made it into their 90's, and
my great-grandmother made it to 114 only to be finished off by a slip
on the ice, and a broken hip.

OK, our cat was a stray, has a "clipped/tipped" ear as well...
