APPLIES TO SONY DSC-75 (AND S70,S85) I have a Sony DSC-S75 digital camera and am looking to add a telephoto lens. I know that I need a conversion tube to go from 37mm threads to 52mm threads. In my camera's setup, however, selecting the "conversion lens" option turns OFF the zoom capability of the camera (and leaves it completely zoomed out). Does anybody know if I NEED to have the conversion lens option on, in order to use the extra lens? I am asking because I currently have a 3x optical zoom. The lens I'd like to purchase is 2x. Ideally, I'd like a total of 6x. But, if I can't zoom, I'll only REDUCE my zoom back to 2x!!! Any help or info on this one??? |
