Canon eye controlled focus
"ian lincoln" wrote in message news:... "dom" wrote in message ... I miss the eye controlled focus that exist on canon eos slr. Anyone knows why there is no eye controlled focus on dslr ? The main reason i went from fd to eos was when my eyes started to go and they brought out eye control. I went from an A1 to a 50E. Given that i have 9 focus points to choose from it would speed things up alot if that was still available. However, experience with the film cameras with and without the option the withouts sold more as they were slightly cheaper. Setting up a seperate production line of 'withs' would up costs, and wasn't deemed financially viable. |
