Recommendation for an enlarging timer?

My ideal enlarging timer is the Gralab 300.
I would like something as simple and easy to operate, but much more
compact.
Any recommendations?

I can tell what not to get. Avoid the 450. It's compact but you almost
need the lights on to use it.

Yep: the Beseler electronic timer. Dunno the exact model #: mine just
says "Audible/Repeating Enlarging Timer" on the front. Simple and
accurate. (Down to 0.1 sec.)

Where? Used, locally or on that small little on-line auction place.

I use a Time-O-Lite timer. They automatically reset to
whatever time you set and are small compared to the Gralab.
They are readily available used for not too much.

Better take a look at the Saunders ET 500. Compact
but with a lot of features. I've had mine four years and
think it will be around quite a few more. Dan
