Default Canon A7- dark spots

I've recently bought a factory refurbished Canon A70 and noticed that
it has a dark blurry spot on all the photos.

It is not on the front lens but might be dirt on an internal lens
element or possibly on the sensor or even the sensor cover.

Anybody else come across similar problems? Possible Solutions?
Expensive to fix??

Thanks in anticipation.
