C.R. Thanks, Caesar, for the next shoot (or two), I'll keep backlit shots at +2/3, and I'll try shooting at normal or +1/3 for side or frontlit shots and see how that works. This is where technique can only do so much; there's just no substitute for a good set of photographer's eyes. Still, I'm hoping to hone my metering skills a bit to help get it right in most frequently encountered lighting setups. And, of course, I may have to bracket exposures. Take Care, Dudley |
