The hot shoe is working and sync's properly.

I removed the "U" clamp which holds the prism in place and which also
has the contact for the hot shoe and the hot shoe assembly from a
parts camera. The next part was to remove the face of the camera and
solder the wire to the "X" sync pc contact..
