Works great(make sure to update audio device in the device manager),
but what do i do to send these through e-mail. Seems that the files are
to large. I compressed in zip file, but only went from 155mb down to
125mb. Errors of could not send; or file to large.

You'll have to shrink the video a LOT to make it any sort of size
suitable to send online, otherwise it just takes too long to transfer.
Use something like DivX or Quicktime to re-encode and compress the video
to a smaller size.

Even using DivX, though, you're not going to get more than a minute or
so of video down to an email-able size. Use a site like PutFile.com or
YouTube.com to put your video online and send whoever you want the link
to the video.
