Macro SLR camera?
I need an average spec. cheap older camera that I can focus macro ..
most of them .. only focus about 6" but I need 1" for seeing. An SLR would be best for close focusing to minimize parallex errors. The old HP 912 is a good example of such a camera .. Are there others that would fit the need??? thanks frz |

If you want your tiny subject to fill the frame, you may want a 1:1 repro ratio, but if a camera will do that from 6", there's no reason to shoot from 1" away. If you're too close, your camera blocks subject illumination and when you exhale, you'll move the subject. - -- regards, Henry Posner/B&H Photo-Video http://www.bhphotovideo.com |
