Paint Shop Photo Album 5 error message
Can anyone help me sort out this problem (I hope this isn't OT)?
When I open my copy of Pspa5, I get the splash screen then a error message: 'Pspa has caused an error in MSADRH15.DLL. Pspa will now close.' I have tried re-starting to clear the problem, but it keeps on happening. I had PSPA4 and upgraded a couple of months ago via download. I had touble-free use of this application until now. Many thanks |

Thanks for the reply. I've done an uninstall/install and this has made
no difference. After install PSPA5 again the same error message appeared and the application would not start. Any further ideas?
