B&H didn't carry the Q-tip holder, but I had thought of having a custom
pool cue tip made.

Default Tripod/monopod as carry on luggage


I have taken ours w/o a problem in luggage. But ours is a vacuumcups
where you attach it to another surface or set it on a surface. It will
even go on the side of a vehicle, or if you look at the videos, the
underside of a wind surfer. I don't know if that is an option for you,
but thought I would throw it out for you to look at. Just use the link
in my signature.
