Not exactly censorship, just a mandate that all data collected on Russian
citizens be stored in Russia. However, what the Russians might use it for at
some point is another matter. Since Linkedin profiles are public to anyone
with a free Linkedin account, they really wouldn't be gleaning any secret
information form it.


Oki... There is big data, data mining und so weiter... Not pointing at
Russia really...
