"map" wrote in message k.net... Any thoughts, pro or con about the D2H? Wow, it's selling new for about the same price as a used Canon 1D, and I'd expect used D2H models to sell for about the same price of a new Canon 20D. If I was new to DSLR's (with no Canon lens investment) I might recommend or consider the D2H over the 20D. However I'll recommend a used 1D over a 20D any day (but maybe not at night, with the 20D's great ISO 1600 . |

"map" wrote in message k.net... Any thoughts, pro or con about the D2H? I ditched my S2 Pro for a D2H about a year ago. It's an excellent camera. The only downside I have found is that with 4 mp, you don't have a tremendous amount of room to crop if you're going to enlarge prints to 16x20. At $2000, it's an incredible bargain. HMc |

Any thoughts, pro or con about the D2H? I don't have a D2H but I have friends who do. From what I've seen of their work and hear what they say about the D2H, I'll venture a Pro vote. nick |
