Wow, it's selling new for about the same price as a used Canon 1D, and I'd
expect used D2H models to sell for about the same price of a new Canon 20D.
If I was new to DSLR's (with no Canon lens investment) I might recommend or
consider the D2H over the 20D. However I'll recommend a used 1D over a 20D
any day (but maybe not at night, with the 20D's great ISO 1600 .

I ditched my S2 Pro for a D2H about a year ago. It's an excellent camera.
The only downside I have found is that with 4 mp, you don't have a
tremendous amount of room to crop if you're going to enlarge prints to
16x20. At $2000, it's an incredible bargain.

I don't have a D2H but I have friends who do. From what I've seen of
their work and hear what they say about the D2H, I'll venture a Pro vote.
