Almost any "intelligent" charger that monitors and charges each battery
independantly. Pay for whatever size and facilities you need - i.e. number
of cells you need to charge at the same time and different sizes of battery.
Although you specify 4 AAs, it can be handy to be able to charge other
household sizes. Any charger that charges NiMh cells will charge eneloops.
