Taking photos for the new biometric passports
Hi. I hope, my question is not off topic here. I want to know how I
could take photos for the new biometric passports. The photos must meet strict requirements as defined by ICAO. Therefore I'm looking for a program that is able to check if an existing photo (*.jpeg file or whatever) meets the requirements or not. Which tools do you use for that purpose? Are there tools with a built- in stencil? Which tools use the preofessionals for that purpose? Thanks in advance for tips. Gernot |
