Default Cleaning 35mm camera

I have a Vivitar XV-1 35mm camera that I just found in storage. I've taken a
few pics with it and it still works great. Problem is with the view finder.
Over the years it has collected some dust inside and it makes it difficult
to focus, especially so with a zoom lens attached. Is there a way that I can
clean the inside without messing anything up or would it be best to let a
professional do it for me? I have looked for a way to do this, but it looks
like I'd have to take the camera apart to be able to clean the prism. Any
suggestions?

Thanks,
Mark

Take it for a CLA and explain the particular problem. The
professional has the experience, tools, environment and way of
doing things that will avoid damage.
