Default MUVO 4gb microdrives

The new one has a part number of 70PD052300014

The old one (that works) has a different part number.

one more time, how can I tell that I have the old, unscrewed with
microdrive and
not the later one that has been handicapped to prevent it working with CF
I/II??

thanks

Here is teh info on my microdrive which works in my 300D

Model:HMS360404D5CF00
P/N: 13G1766
SER: N2GW42KA45C

BUT, is this a different number for the Microdrive in teh MUVO or are you
saying
that the MUVO itself has a 70nnnnnnnnnnn number??

iow, are all the Hitachi 4gb drives using this same set of numbers as
stated
above or is teh 13G1766 the number you are referring to???

thanks

The part number I posed was for the MUVO, not the drive. That way you can
look at the packaging to tell if it is the new model (which I listed).
