geocoding / geotagging photos
I have put together some information on attaching location information
to digital photos (geocoding): http://www.akerman.ca/geocode-photos.html I cover both manual and automatic (using a GPS) methods. This is useful for e.g. Flickr Maps http://www.flickr.com/map

Thanks for doing this.. I am working on doing a talk to my photo group on this subject sometime this year, and you've just saved me a few hours of hunting this info up myself... Al...
