Default Another hint at the next Sony DSLR - 12.8 Mpix(?)

Must be the next "newbie" version as it has a single control knob that
appears to have those cutsie pictograms for selection of exposure by
scene type. But it also has a VG and a flash sync terminal...

12.8 megapixels would be very interesting if they stayed the course
and didn't implement stronger moire filtering in order to preserve
resolution. This thing could be knocking on the door of the Canon
1DsMkII, at least as far as resolution is concerned.

Not with a sensor that small it won't be. Sorry.


Check out the current camera's resolution stats and compare them
against things like the Nikon DX2 and the big Canons.
