Why do you think so?
Based on analysis of the posts,
I think it's more likely a person than a bot.

But they are SO hungry!
You just reduce your own reputation by feeding them.
But you just tossed a bone to it as well, with that comment.
An unfortunate tax that is far less than the damage you do with your
constant troll feeding. eg: I'm asking you to stop for the betterment
of the NG; I'm not replying to the troll, you are. Please stop, it is
the only proven way to starve trolls off of NG's.

But I was just responding to you, and it still generated a response.
That's my point.

Thanks for the compliment!

A person that is online 24 hours per day?
Sure...

That's just the kind of person who does that sort of thing.

As opposed to the kind of person who posts the same moronic drivel
every couple of weeks in the Motorola cell phone group?

Anyone tried the new Nikon D-5000? It seems to be positioned between
the "entry level" D-60 and the "enthusiast level" D-90.

I'm giving up on my old (3.3 mpixel) Nikon 995 -- it just doesn't cut in
any more.

Why on Earth did you resurrect this thread initiated by the P&S troll?

Yes, I have try it. It is very nice camera. The picture quality is as D90
but the Live view is better and faster. The only minus is that the display
has not the resolution and size of D90's.

BTW, 995 was my favorite camera ever for comfortable shooting. I hope that
Nikon one day will make a new semipro like that. S10 was bad camera, very
basic.

Does that mean that I have to decommission my Nikon 990?

Nope. Both the 990 and 995 excel at macro photography. And you need a
second camera to take pictures when you want to sell your other camera on
eBay. So keep it. Make it your eBay sales camera.
