Truly repulsive. Excellent job by all! For more info on the Shoot-In, see the rulz he http://www.pbase.com/shootin/rulzpage No pride in this group. We have all shown we have the credentials to identify bad travel photography when we see it. The only conspicuous absentees seem to be Paul, Bret, Bruce, DMac, and the master of the genre Sisker. With apologies, I wasn't available, but here's three lame attempts at snowy egrets which I went ahead and uploaded to my bloated flicker account anyways: http://www.flickr.com/search/?q=rice...21068427%40N08 Maybe one is an OK composition but the focus/shake? is poor on all. sigh ... Sorry, Paul. The first two egret shots are not all that bad. they show an interesting landscape layering of colors. the last with the centered tree and the two egrets flying, qualifies. -- Peter |

Martha wondered if they were actually blue herons because the white balance seems so bad. I just thought they looked like paper cutouts. Nice job!! Bob |
