complaints aren't read. This makes them the number one tool for Usenet
spammers. Google Groups relays spam from unmaintained networks and
Blogspot hosts the spammed web pages.

This is CHINANET-GD. Nobody in their right mind accepts messages from
CHINANET or CNCGroup because they're corrupted. Google does.
