Default attn glass photographers

A two part question for glass and commercial photographers:

I did a small job for a local glass artist. Having limited equipment I
shot against a paper backdrop with one and sometimes two wireless
speedlights shooting at 125 f/8-f/11

I know there is a better way of shooting glass but information on the web
is limited. What combination of lighting and backdrops can you recommend
to achieve results like:

Secondly, and most likely the cause for much debate, how much should I
charge per shot when photos are used for online marketing and product
shots??
