The G Claron will give you about 3/4" - 1" movement at f22 as I recall, and
about 1.5" or so @f32 (and there is no serious degridation of resolution at
the edges). As it's main purpose was always as a copy lens, Schneiders
figures for the image circle at infinity always tended towards being very
conservative.

A better bet if you can find one is a Kowa Graphic (or kyvytar) 210 f9. You
may only find one in barrel and have to mount it in a Copal 1 shutter (mine
screwed directly into my shutter from my Claron 210mm which elents were then
sold on ebay...) And they are getting harder to find . It is a tiny lens,
but tack sharp and has about 480-490mm image circle. Also, once it's in a
shutter it becomes a f6.8 rather than an f9.

There is a thread on the LF list mentioned where a number of these various
210mm lenses were compared - Kowa, Kyvytar, Computar, Hexanon, GClaron etc.
The Kowa comes out about tops, though the very similar Computar has a
slighjtly bigger iamge circle
