Immaterial. Do not multipost to Usenet, ever.

List all groups you where you wish the article to be seen, in a
single post. The result is called "cross-posting", and has the
useful effect of keeping the entire discussion visible to
everyone. Just be damned careful not to abuse that, which
generally means you make sure that the subject is on topic in
all groups where it is seen. And it usually is not a good idea
to make that more than four or five groups regardless.

Another point of order... do *not* top post either! Put your
comments just below the specific text you are responding to.
Quote text as needed for context, and delete what is unneeded.

Top posting, even with only a short bit of quoted text is
annoying. And just as bad is someone who quotes 200 lines of
text (often worthless in its own right), and then adds a one
line comment at the bottom...
