Silly toys and junk, or something useful?
"RichA" wrote in message ... I'd lean toward the former. http://dpreview.com/news/1008/100817...mfinepixw3.asp Something useful and about time! I don't think much of the 3D TV connection idea, but it's good to see that FINALLY someone is making a stereo digital camera of any sort. What is needed now is some sort of good camera-connected electronic viewer and/or the ability to put a stereo pair on an ordinary 4x6 print such as can be made at any Walmart, Walgreen's etc., then used with a cheap plastic handheld prismatic viewer. The idea mentioned in the article of making lenticular prints is not a good one. Those have been tried many times (Nimslo, etc.) and have never been a commercial success. http://dpreview.com/news/1008/100817...100pjs5100.asp That one's a silly toy, as far as I can see. |
