Default Question about minor repairs needed for an original Olympus XA

I found an Olympus XA at a garage sale. It appears to work perfectly
and the lens looks clean as a whistle. Only issues that I can see are
that the lightproofing strips inside the camera back are
disintegrating, and the f-stop lever is very sticky and hard to adjust.

I've checked out the camera's service manual
(http://www.diaxa.com/xa/manuals.htm) and frankly, I don't think I want
to attempt to dismantle something built with such tight tolerances. Are
these problems solvable easily (i.e. new foam strips and a drop of oil
in an easily-reachable point), or do I need to call in a repair person?
If it's the former, where do I get the proper materials and lubricants?
If it's the latter, whom do I call? Any recommendations or warnings?

You could e-mail the repair folks at

www.keh.com

and see if they might give you a extimate for replacing the light seals
and adjusting or putting 'lube' on the lever. Don't 'oil' anything __
most camera movements use graphite or something that does not 'run'
when heated up, i.e., sunny days in the truck of your auto for an hour
or two.)

Good luck!
