I would hope that anyone involved in E-Commerce would understand why this
post was inappropriate. It is also the second time I've seen this post
recently. If their knowledge of usenet matches their knowledge of
photography, I have serious doubts about their product.

I encourage the rest of the *.photo.* readers to join me in boycotting
ArtShield. I am sure there are less offensive alternatives.

read this newsgroup. I any case, I doubt these companies will stop the
practice of posting commercial posts in usenet. As long as one person buys
their stuff it's worth it to them since it costs them $0 to advertise.
