Default WTB Beseler 67s 6x6 Negative carrier

Hi,
I am just getting a darkroom put together for first time and
purchased a Beseler 67s enlarger and am hoping to find a used 6x6
carrier for it. It came with a 6x7.What luck??? I know I can find new
ones but on retirement fixed income they are a bit expensive.I have
thought about blocking off the larger side of the 6x7 with tape or
some other material but don't know if that would work?
Thanks in advance
Jim

You can make one using some card stock.. I made one and it works ok some
what primitave but it does work. you need to use about 8 pieces of card
stock glued together. Do not glue the top layer as you will slide the
negative under this piece. I just used a 35mm carrier to draw the layout
onto the card stock and cut it out to the size of 2 1/4. I too am looking
for a used 2 1/4 for 6x6 carrier but have never found one.
