Default [SI] Shoot-In: "Mood" is now up

Geez, not many shots this week...

Everyone must be getting into their lazy summer mood, or winter hibernating
mood (for those south of the big red line).

I wasn't in the mood

I did have a cute shot of a small garter snakes smiling face (twenty shots later I still didn't have an image of his tongue) I rejected it until I saw Jim Kramer's barbed wire. Al Denelsbeck's fog over the cemetery could be used in both this and the next
SI. I like the simplicity and subtle nature of both of these shots.

Or simply too busy (in real life) these days... I didn't even submit a
photo for my own mandate ...
